The first fabric developed by naze naze in Dali is tiaohua (patterned brocade) cloth. Together with the local female weavers (affectionately called "sisters"), they revived a weaving technique that had long been forgotten. A closer look reveals that no matter how complex the tiaohua patterns are, the sisters skillfully translate them into "numeric rhymes": 1, 3, 5; 2, 4, 6... Stitch by stitch, step by step, they organize the weaving process, turning difficulties into simplicity. This time, naze naze has chosen checkered cloth—one of the most common fabrics in Dali today. With a simple weaving method, it is elegant and practical, and can be used to make many items such as bags, clothes, and bed sheets. Continuing the design concept of tiaohua weaving, the brand has incorporated mathematical variations into the cloth, giving it a subtle yet distinctive twist.
