The amount of such taxes is determined solely by the customs authorities of the destination country/region, and we have no right to intervene or adjust the amount.

If additional fees arise due to differences in national/regional policies (such as special customs clearance fees, surcharges, etc.), these fees and corresponding payment obligations shall be borne entirely by the recipient. Such charges are not included in the total order amount.

If the recipient refuses to accept the package due to customs duties or other customs-related fees, the package will be marked as "abandoned" by the carrier and disposed of in accordance with relevant regulations (e.g., destroyed or returned). In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Once an order has been shipped and entered transit, it cannot be cancelled. Please double-check all order information before completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. It is the recipient’s responsibility to track and locate missing packages. However, we will do our utmost to assist you with inquiries. We highly recommend choosing a secure delivery address where someone is available to receive and sign for the package.

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. All products sold in this store are final sale and non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
